[HELP!] Recover data

My server today went MIA and luckily for me, i made a backup 3 days ago as i was changing account.
However, 2days ago, i deleted the files of this laptop! :'(
Now im trying to recover it. When i run Recuva, it says "unrecoverable" but i went ahead to "recover: it anyway. However, when i opened it (its a tar.gz file) (opened via winrar) it says corrupted/unknown archive.

Any advise?
